Youth Program Facilitator & Case Manager Lead
The Youth Connection
The Youth Connection is seeking a Career Academies Program Facilitator to manage youth client services in Metro Detroit. The facilitator will oversee case workflows and assist with onboarding and training new youth advisors. This role requires both case management experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for youth development.
