Must-Have:
Candidates may be considered if they have recently graduated, provided they have strong adult acute clinical experience, including trauma and critical care.
Candidates must not have been directly employed by any associated facility within the past year.


Description:
The expectation is to complete one evaluation per hour.
Physical Therapists mostly perform evaluations at this site.
If performing daily treatments, the expectation is to complete 10 treatments in an 8-hour shift.
Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and may be asked to precept as needed by the unit.
Call-outs are strongly discouraged and may lead to termination.
Primary area of coverage is acute care.
Coverage at other facilities may be minimal.
The facility treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including trauma, telemetry, orthopedic, surgical, critical care, neuro, oncology, and general medical.
The majority of patients are adults or older teens.
There is minimal pediatric care provided, primarily for older teens in specific situations.
A comprehensive orientation will be provided for new hires to familiarize them with the facility's procedures and protocols.
Candidates should be prepared to alternate weekends and holidays as needed.
Scrubs must be maroon in color.
