Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role manages daily store operations, including staff oversight, customer satisfaction, inventory, and product displays, as well as achieving sales and profitability goals. The store manager also ensures compliance with company standards, leads the team in delivering exceptional service, minimises loss, and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.
