What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following all regulatory standards
• Administer procedures including manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient and family counseling
• Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in rehab or long-term care settings
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience supervising support staff or students
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
