Assistant Service Center ManagerAssistant Service Center ManagerJob Description$18.50 * Medical * Paid Time Off & Holidays * 401(k) Retirement Savings with MatchAs an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM), you are the right hand of the Service Center Manager. You are responsible for taking the lead in helping build a high-performing team capable of making the Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) service experience the best service experience of all other providers. In addition to working on cars and taking care of our guests, you will lead, train, and supervise hourly employees.Only candidates with six months in a supervisory position will be considered. New hires for this position will have a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.
