We're seeking Sauté Cooks who are skilled, efficient, and passionate about classic French technique, precision, and creating beautifully executed dishes in a high-energy kitchen.

Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sauté Cook or Line Cook in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of sauté techniques, sauce work, and plating standards
- Excellent knife skills and attention to timing and temperature control
- Ability to stay composed and organized during service
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Experience with French or brasserie-style cuisine is a plus
