South Blvd, Rochester Hills, MI Full Time Job Summary As a Supervisor - Caregiver for the 3rd Shift at Serene Gardens of Rochester Hills, you will oversee the care provided to residents during the night shift. You will ensure the well‑being and safety of residents while maintaining a high standard of care. Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to the Caregivers and bring forward new ideas to improve these roles. Ensure the well‑being and safety of residents. Communicate effectively with team members. Assist with the training of new employees and retraining of current employees when applicable. Comply with Residents' Rights policy and Community and Employee Policies and Procedures. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, dining, etc. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or a related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work overnight shifts. Maintains a favorable attendance and punctuality record. Works efficiently without creating distractions. Accurate and swift productivity; able to set priorities effectively. Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with co‑workers. Benefits Competitive compensation.
