Part time Teller The Teller provides various transaction processing to member accounts within the limitations of established policies and procedures. Description The Teller provides various transaction processing to member accounts within the limitations of established policies and procedures. Travel is required to other locations and employees must be able to work flexible schedules to meet the needs of each branch location. Reliable transportation is also required. This part-time position is up to 24 hours per week, in various locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for providing various transactions to member accounts including: Deposit transactions Withdrawal transactions Account transfers Payment transactions Mail transactions Money order/Bank check issuance Check cashing Maintain cash securely and within prescribed limits. Assist members with questions and problems. When appropriate, escalation problem situations to supervisor. Be attentive to the needs of the member and to their presence in the lobby. Greet members in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing them by name whenever possible. Maintain confidentiality of member records and relationships. Perform duties in compliance with various regulations. Settle transactional activity on a daily basis. Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA Patriot Act including accurate completion of CTR, Monetary instrument log, and reporting of suspicious activity to supervisor. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Ability to accurately work with figures Proficient in the use of computers and other office equipment. Ability to take direction Well organized with good concentration skills. Education/Certifications/Licenses High school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands/Conditions Required Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance. Must be able to work rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday
