Client location and schedule hours:
Clients in the Franklin area . Schedule is M-T-Thu 11a to 5p
Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide standby assistance with mobility, transfers, and toileting 
• Assist with ADLs : bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene 
• Offer medication reminders and follow daily routines 
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks; encourage hydration 
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, bed making, bathroom upkeep) 
• Support catheter care (emptying/cleaning as needed) 
• Monitor for changes in condition and report to family 
• Provide companionship and engagement (conversation, light activities) 
• Assist with safe ambulation (client uses walker/cane) 

Client Overview:

• Husband: Fall risk, uses walker, managing medical condition requiring catheter 
• Wife: Alzheimer’s dementia, hearing impairment (uses hearing aids), vision loss 
• Both clients are cooperative, kind, and benefit from structured routines 

Qualifications:

• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred
• Experience with senior care, HHA, CNA, or caregiver roles
• Comfortable assisting with mobility and fall risk clients 
• Patient, attentive, and respectful of client independence 
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language 
Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
Consent to drug and alcohol testing
TB test
