Manufacturing TechJoin a team that is motivated and rewarded!As a Manufacturing Tech you create and provide innovative solutions for people who want to increase their independence and well-beingHalf day FridaysNo weekend workTemp to HireRewarding work in a great atmosphereManufacturing Tech Details:Direct Hire position$ 18.00 / annuallyFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)• Fabricate prosthetic devices and components using a variety of materials, including plastics, carbon fiber, foam, metal, and laminates.• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and technical specifications.• Assemble, modify, and finish prosthetic limbs to meet prescribed requirements.• Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, grinders, sanders, and other fabrication machinery safely and effectively.• Perform quality inspections to verify product accuracy, fit, appearance, and functionality.• Maintain production records and documentation according to company and regulatory requirements.• Assist with inventory management of materials, supplies, and finished products.• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and recommend process improvements.• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workplace proceduresManufacturing Tech Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Ability to use hand and power tools safely.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer skills and documentation abilities.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
