Caregiver

Century Ridge is seeking awesome caregivers to join our team! Full & Part Time positions available on our PM shift.

• Dependable & Caring
• CBRF Certifications and/or CNA a Plus!
• We will provide training to applicants new to the field

Caregivers are responsible to:

• Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
• Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Participate in mealtime and light housekeeping activities
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
• Build positive relationships with co-workers
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
