We're hiring Emergency Medicine residents graduating in 2026 and welcome candidates needing J1 or H1B sponsorship . Join our Nocturnist team at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in beautiful Vero Beach, FL—an ideal setting to build your career while enjoying the Treasure Coast lifestyle. Full-time physicians are eligible for a $40K bonus!

Position Profile: 60,000 annual patient visits 42-bed ED (Renovation planned for 2025 to add ED beds) Dedicated Nocturnist team 12 hour shifts EPIC EMR Daily APP coverage Certified Stroke Center and Heart Center Highlights of this Opportunity: 12 hour shifts and only work 10 shifts/month for full-time Generous sign on bonus No state income tax Generous compensation package with night differential Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, CME & 401(k) with Employer contribution Beautiful location with gorgeous beaches, excellent school systems, beautiful homes, & great restaurants Excellent leadership team Qualified Candidates: Must be BC/BE ABEM/AOBEM
