CAREGIVER / OFFICE SUPPORT

CAREGIVING RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll continue to make a direct difference in clients' lives by providing compassionate in-home support.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition
• Complete and maintain accurate client documentation
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

OFFICE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll also assist the office team with day-to-day administrative operations, including:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
• Support caregiver staffing and shift coverage
• Maintain employee and client records
• Perform data entry and document management
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and families
• Support administrative projects and general office operations

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• HHA, CNA, PCA, or related experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Email
  • Scheduling software
  • Data entry
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Professional telephone and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
