Job Overview We are looking for exceptional nurses to join our visiting nursing team. The role involves providing one‑on‑one care and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients while traveling to homes across our service area. Qualifications and Requirements Current nursing license Current driver's license Homecare experience Experience working with older adults Critical thinking abilities Genuine curiosity and love of learning A flexible and focused problem‑solving mindset Ability to sit on the floor and work Familiar with technology; able to use a smartphone or tablet with a data plan for apps, scheduling, and charting Comfortable using power tools (we will train) Enjoy driving and working in a variety of settings Bilingual ability is a plus Benefits 401(k) and health insurance premium reimbursement for a commitment of 30+ hours per week Competitive salary with pay increase upon certification and incentive pay available Flexibility and autonomy in scheduling No nights, weekends, or on‑call shifts Mileage and gas reimbursement Education reimbursement and CE credits Extensive training, support, tools, and equipment Laundry stipend Work Schedule 21-32 hours per week to start.
