Lead Clinical Lab Scientist - HLA & Infectious Disease

Gift of Hope is seeking a lead Laboratory professional to perform high-complexity testing, guide a section, and ensure quality across testing operations. The role includes signing off on clinical cases and driving process improvements within the laboratory. The position requires at least 2 years in high-complexity testing, proficiency with LIS, and strong analytical skills; a CHS/CHT or equivalent certification is preferred.
