JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will oversee daily field operations, guide a small crew, and ensure projects are completed safely and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn and landscape maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, property cleanups, and installations
• Monitor quality control on all assigned properties
• Communicate job progress and any issues to production managers
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment responsibly
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on job sites

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in lawn and landscape maintenance
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lead by example and maintain crew productivity
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR CDL POSITIONS
-Minimum 2yrs experience driving triaxle, 10 ton, 1 ton dump trucks
-Able to operate excavators, loaders and other various types of equipment
-Experience with hauling equipment and proper tie down techniques
-Clean driving record
-Reliable, on time, and able to work 8+ hours a day

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR CONCRETE FOREMAN POSITIONS
-Minimum 2yrs experience in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete work
-Need medical card and experience driving truck and trailer
-Proficient in running mini excavator and setting grades
-Proficient in broom finish and stamped concrete finishes
-High attention to detail and strong work ethic
-Reliable, on time, and able to work 8+ hours a day

Position will start work ASAP.
