Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Redding, California. This role serves approximately 55 students with a wide range of disabilities, including speech/language impairments, autism, learning disabilities, and other communication needs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to providing high‑quality services in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation — Conduct speech and language assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations.
IEP Development — Write and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
Direct & Indirect Services — Provide therapy, consultation, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload.
Collaboration — Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success.
Compliance — Maintain accurate documentation and meet all state and federal timelines.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid CA SLP license; CTC credential preferred
Experience with school‑based services and diverse disability profiles
Strong communication and organizational skills
