In this position, you'll manage procurement activities for supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You'll collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing processes and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers opportunities to drive cost efficiencies, improve supplier performance, and contribute to organizational success.Requirements:2+ years of procurement or supply chain experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAdditional procurement or supply chain certifications are advantageousProficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong understanding of purchasing principles, processes, and supplier relationship managementExperience with purchase order processing, vendor management, and contract administrationKnowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong negotiation and communication abilities in a business contextFluency in English; additional language skills valuable for international coordinationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracyExperience with supplier performance monitoring and improvement initiativesStrong organizational and documentation management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with teamsBasic understanding of financial and accounting principlesKnowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance in relevant industry
