We are currently seeking a Clinical Service Desk Associate (Remote) to join our team!  This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in Canada.  

All candidates are required to be shift flexible.  Night, weekend, and/or holiday work will be required. Schedule can be changed as per client and business requirements or training needs. Additionally, overtime may be required depending on business requirements.

Job Responsibilities Include :

• This position will be a part of our Provider Clinical Service Desk, as an agent primarily handling inbound customer calls. This is a call center environment in which we support our customers 24x7x365
• All candidates will have to be shift flexible. Shift work is required including nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Account specific training is conducted during day shift hours, regardless of assigned shift. 
• Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding the clinical aspects of various clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech. Incidents may include, but are not limited to workflow issues, application errors, user access, and functionality
• Track and document the appropriate comments, and close or escalate the incident tickets and related issues in a timely manner
• Responsible for driving resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
• Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift
• Remain at designated workspace and in the phone queue for an 8 to10-hour period with scheduled breaks
• Ensure a quiet, private workspace with high speed, wired internet
• Travel up to 10% of the time, if required
• Lift up to 25 lbs. if needed for equipment setup
• Have a working cell phone for manager communication and Two-Factor Authentication

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience (i.e., 2 years of work experience and 2 years of technical education)
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a call center environment
• Demonstrate a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient typing and English language skills (both verbally and in writing)
• Strong listening capabilities to fully understand caller’s needs / requests
• Exceptional ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environment

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $40,536 - $63,503 annual salary. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.  This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Responsabilités :

• Ce poste fait partie de notre service d'assistance clinique aux prestataires, en tant qu'agent traitant principalement les appels entrants des clients. Il s'agit d'un environnement de centre d'appels où nous assurons un support client 24h/24, 7j/7, 365j/an.

• Tous les candidats doivent être disponibles pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles. Le travail posté est requis, y compris les nuits, les week-ends et/ou les jours fériés. La formation spécifique au compte est dispensée pendant les heures de bureau, quel que soit l'horaire attribué.

• Répondre aux appels entrants du service d'assistance provenant de clients du secteur de la santé concernant les aspects cliniques de diverses applications médicales telles qu'Epic, Cerner, McKesson et Meditech. Les incidents peuvent inclure, sans s'y limiter, des problèmes de flux de travail, des erreurs d'application, des problèmes d'accès utilisateur et des dysfonctionnements.

• Déplacements professionnels jusqu'à 10 % du temps, si nécessaire.

• Capacité à soulever des charges jusqu'à 11 kg. Si nécessaire pour la configuration du matériel

• Disposer d'un téléphone portable fonctionnel pour communiquer avec le responsable et pour l'authentification à deux facteurs

Qualifications requises :

• Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en assistance technique ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience en dépannage technique (par exemple, 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle et 2 ans de formation technique)

• Minimum d'1 an d'expérience en dépannage technique

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis

Compétences souhaitées :

• Expérience en centre d'appels

• Faire preuve d'un sens aigu du service dans toutes les interactions avec les cliniciens et les collègues

• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles

• Maîtrise de la saisie au clavier et de l'anglais (à l'oral comme à l'écrit)

• Excellentes capacités d'écoute pour bien comprendre les besoins et les demandes des appelants

• Capacité exceptionnelle à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique
