Donor Relations Specialist

Kinship House is actively seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Donor Relations Specialist to join our team of committed, dynamic individuals! Kinship House is a regional non-profit outpatient mental health provider addressing the mental health needs of the most vulnerable children in our local child welfare system. Position Overview The Donor Relations Specialist will report to the Development Manager, and work in partnership to accomplish organizational and departmental goals. The ideal candidate will be able to create and implement a strategic framework for donor cultivation, conversion and stewardship and community engagement. As part of a small and collaborative team, we are looking for someone with strong relational and partnership-building skills, confidence with public speaking and community engagement, and the ability to work alongside peers to accomplish desired outcomes. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising with: demonstrated success in donor cultivation and stewardship experience managing specialized CRM/donor management software Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of planned giving, capital campaigns Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and/or children’s services Experience with foster care and/or adoption (lived or professional) How to Apply Please submit your cover letter & resume.
