This position serves as an advocate for the department, Family HealthCare, and the patients we serve.The Dental Patient Services Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing staff while overseeing department orientation, training, and ongoing skill development. This position works closely with dental leadership and team members to support effective workflows, address patient service needs, and ensure the department operates efficiently and professionally.A successful candidate will be a strong and approachable leader who demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
