Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience
• NJ license due prior to start
• ARRT or CCI RCIS required

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts.
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Call: Every 4th weekend and an average of 2 call shifts per week. Call requirements are dependent on department staffing.
• Holiday requirement: Work 2 of the 3 holidays and 2 of the 3 winter holidays.
• Patient volume: 10-15 cases per day.
• Experience with CAD, PAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrhythmias, and neuro (stroke).

Location Highlights

For day trips, Garden State Parkway access connects Toms River to Atlantic City in roughly 1 hour and to New York City in about 2 hours.
