Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines.Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.Compassionate and empathetic attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.If you are passionate about providing personalized care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
