Job Summary:
Post Partum Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Location not specified. This position involves providing comprehensive post-partum care to mothers and infants on the post-partum unit. The RN will perform assessments, monitor infants for bilirubin issues, and support new mothers following vaginal or cesarean deliveries. Experience in lactation support is a plus, and flexibility in scheduling is required for float rotations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of experience in obstetrics or post-partum care, current certifications as applicable, and ability to work nights.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lactation support and neonatal assessments.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: IVS to offer if the RTO is 4 days or less, no holiday RTO, and at least 2 years experience in the specialty. The role is responsible for completing post-partum assessments and caring for both mothers and infants, including monitoring for bilirubin and supporting lactation when applicable.
