The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work. Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense Insurance Coverage Casualty Insurance Catastrophic Liability Defense Premises Liability Commercial Auto Tank and Trucking Litigation Construction Defect Homeowners Duties And Responsibilities Drafting motions, discovery, pleadings, briefings, taking and defending depositions; SIU, EUO experience a plus Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy Prepare and argue motions and opposition, trial prep, manage high volume case load Courtroom and jury trial experience preferred Compensation structure is an annual base salary DOE $140K-$180K; for Senior Associates 10+ DOE $180K-$230K+.
