Atlanta, GA | $24.00/hr | Full-Time Contract | Immediate Start

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Location: Onsite - Atlanta, GA 30332

Assignment: Through December 31, 2026 (Potential Extension)
HR Generalist - Join a Leading Research Institution

Global SCR is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for an onsite contract assignment with a well-established research institution in Atlanta.

If you have experience supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and working with Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UKG, or another HRIS/HCM system , we'd like to hear from you.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy supporting employees while ensuring accurate HR data and compliance.
What You'll Do

• Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS/HCM system.
• Review and verify HR data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support employees and managers with HR-related questions.
• Process employee data changes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Partner with HR Operations and administrative teams on daily HR activities.
• Prepare, organize, and validate HR documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of HR, HR Operations, HRIS, HR Data Management, or Human Resources experience.
• Experience with an HCM/HRIS platform such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UKG, or ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong data entry and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, government, or large corporate HR environments.
