Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Physician - Edmonds, WA

- Schedule: Inpatient, M-F + Call (weeknight and 24-hour weekend call)
- Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with admin day on Thursday
- Hours/Week: 40 hours weekly (minimum 8 hours/day, overtime after 9 hours/day)
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens
- Licensure: Active or IMLC verified, DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, BC in Hematology, Oncology, or HemOnc, Board Certified (BC) required
- Experience: Prior inpatient Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
- Competitive hourly pay rate (set at $1.00/hour for initial bids, terms discussed upon application)
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
- Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure/certification reimbursement, and travel-related expenses when applicable
- Robust referral bonus program
- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws
- Provide inpatient Hematology and Oncology care for adult patients
- Manage patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Participate in call rotations (weeknight and full weekend coverage)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Comply with all facility protocols, safety standards, and legal requirements
- Active Washington Medical License or IMLC
- DEA license
- Board Certification in Hematology, Oncology, or HemOnc
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Hematology/Oncology inpatient care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
