Knowledge about labor medications and the labor process. Ability to conduct cervical exams. Team player with a friendly demeanor. Description: This is an 86-bed acute care facility. The hospital has a reputation for providing excellent care. It serves the local community with a focus on patient experience. Quality clinical care and patient satisfaction are priorities. The facility offers major service lines, including women’s care and emergency medicine. The nursing unit consists of 5 beds with patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1. The patient population includes adults and neonates. The electronic health record system used is Paragon. The unit is overseen by a director. Team collaboration and supportive interactions are essential. Appropriate dress attire for nurses includes scrubs in any color. No unacceptable attire is noted. This position requires no floating to other units.
