This full-time, on-site role within the fast-paced quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry offers an incredible opportunity to lead a vibrant kitchen team and ensure the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers.

As the Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will be at the forefront of our culinary operations, overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining food standards, and optimizing kitchen processes. Your leadership will directly contribute to elevating our service quality and refining our menu offerings to meet evolving customer preferences.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, along with a dynamic work environment that fosters career advancement and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to streamline service
• Monitor inventory and manage food costs effectively
• Develop and update menus based on customer feedback
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff

Requirements

• Associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in a kitchen management role, ideally in QSR
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
