Candidates Must Be a licensed attorney (JD required) Have direct construction litigation experience at a law firm Have strong motion practice, legal writing, and case management skills Be comfortable independently handling litigation matters and client interaction This Role Is Not Suitable For General litigators without construction litigation exposure Transactional construction attorneys Candidates without substantive litigation experience Candidates with frequent job-hopping patterns About The Opportunity We are working with a well‑established New Jersey law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a concentration in construction litigation to join a collaborative litigation practice recognized as a “Powerhouse Law Firm” in New Jersey. This team handles sophisticated construction and commercial disputes within a highly respected litigation platform offering strong mentorship, hybrid flexibility, and meaningful case ownership.
