AIG manages claims using a wealth of technical and market knowledge about risks, business practices, and the ever-evolving legal and regulatory environment. Responsibilities Support the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims while collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, legal, HR, and operations teams. Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders to support business objectives and project execution. Monitor claims activity, respond to customer inquiries, and help ensure accurate payments, appropriate reserving, and effective cost management. Contribute to operational excellence by promoting consistency and claims best practices across the organization. Gain exposure to a variety of Claims disciplines, including Claims Adjusting & Examining, Claims Administration & Analytics, Fraud & Recovery, Claims Account Relationship Management, and Claims Operations. Minimum Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application). Program Requirements Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027. Core Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
