Pediatric Geneticist Fairfax, VA, United States Inova Children's is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Geneticist to join its growing Division of Medical Genetics. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes clinical geneticists, genetic counselors, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff. The division provides comprehensive genetic evaluation, diagnostic testing, and ongoing management for pediatric patients with inherited and rare genetic conditions. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital is a 241‑bed children’s hospital at Inova Fairfax Hospital medical campus, located in Northern Virginia. It is the only dedicated children’s hospital in Northern Virginia. Minimum Qualifications Education: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from an accredited institution; board‑eligible or board‑certified in Pediatrics and Clinical Medical Genetics. Experience: Successful completion of a pediatric residency program. Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia. Payer Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete credentialing by third‑party payors and enrollment as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor.
