Location: Rockford, MN
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help manufacture, package, label, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Safely operate production equipment and machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
