Leadership stipend, clinical shifts plus administrative days

Administrative leadership duties include attending multidisciplinary meetings with clinical and administrative hospital leadership, quality and peer review committee management, and participation in strategic service line development and/or growth initiatives as requested by the hospital's administrative team.
