We seek a scholar to teach at the undergraduate level whose scholarship focuses on some aspect of biological anthropology. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to teach an introductory course covering the broader field, as well as more focused courses aligned with the candidate’s specialization. Fordham lecturers are participants in the Service Employees International Union Local 200 United. For information about full-time lecturer benefits, please visit the Fordham information page for SEIU. Qualifications Candidates must have a Ph.D. in hand at the time of appointment. Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level is required; an active research and publication program would be appreciated, but is not required. The successful candidate will be located primarily at Fordham College’s Rose Hill campus (in the Bronx) with the possibility of future service and teaching at the Lincoln Center campus (in Manhattan) or in interdisciplinary programs.
