Position Summary: 

We are seeking qualified Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians Level II and III to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment and plant systems. These positions require hands-on experience with electrical systems, mechanical equipment, PLCs, AC/DC drive motors, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems . Technicians will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, complete repairs, and help minimize production downtime while maintaining a safe and reliable manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and plant systems to minimize downtime.  
• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and control system issues.  
• Work with 480-volt, three-phase electrical systems and troubleshoot AC/DC drive motors and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).  
• Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive motors.  
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and accurately document completed work, inspections, and repairs.  
• Complete maintenance tasks involving welding, carpentry, instrumentation, and equipment controls as needed.  
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and applicable electrical safety, arc flash, confined space, and hot work requirements.  
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure tools and equipment remain in proper working conditions.  
• Identify maintenance of supply needs, provide input on purchasing, and help maintain necessary parts and supplies.  
• Report safety incidents, near misses, equipment concerns, and maintenance issues through established procedures.  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, follow standard work procedures, and collaborate with production and maintenance personnel.  
• Cross-train in production functions as needed and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests. 

Basic Requirements: 

• Demonstrated experience working with 480-volt, three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to install, program, and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and AC/DC drive motors.   
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc flash safety, confined space entry, and hot work permit requirements.   
• Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines.    
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment   
• Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.   
• Forklift License preferred.    
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift to 50 lbs. 

Level II Additional Requirements:

• At least one year of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

Level III Additional Requirements: 

• One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program.  
• One additional year of experience plus a high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable.  
• Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.  
• At least 3+ years of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.    

Available Shifts: 

• Monday-Friday | 12hr Shifts | 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am
• 3 days on/4 days off | next week 4 days on/3 days off rotation.
• Overtime available.

Compensation: 

• $35.00 - $37.57 per hour, based on experience and shift.
