Job Title Registered Nurse – Operating Room Location Greeneville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:30) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical nursing care within the Operating Room setting across assigned shifts. Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, which includes weekend call (approximately 5–6 days per month when all positions are filled). Actively support nursing students and contribute to clinical education alongside the provision of patient care. Complete all required orientation modules, including online computer-based learning (CBLs), during the designated non-billable orientation period. Adhere to facility census-based scheduling adjustments, including potential flex of additional overtime shifts as needed. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in-hand at time of submission . AHA ACLS certification required. Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility's service area to be eligible — locals are not accepted. Candidates must be available to complete a drug test within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date, with no prior engagements during that window. Facial hair must be trimmed or removed to comply with CDC fit testing guidelines; refusal may result in cancellation. Preferred Experience / Skills Previous travel nursing experience in an Operating Room or surgical setting. Comfort with clinical student education and preceptorship responsibilities alongside active patient care duties. BSN preferred (required for international travelers).
