Location Requires work authorization Doesn\'t require willingness to relocate Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized treatment plans, providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes or community settings. Role and Responsibilities Implement behavioral interventions as designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with ABA standards and best practices. Conduct functional assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one support to clients, including data collection and recording of behavior, and implementation of interventions. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to design and implement group programs and activities. Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. Participate in regular team meetings and progress updates to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Conduct daily reports on client behavior and treatment outcomes, providing data-driven insights to inform treatment decisions. Requirements Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution. At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), preferably in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, including behavioral interventions and data collection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around in a fast-paced environment, as required by the job.
