To find out more about ECCO visit Position Overview We are seeking a Content Strategist to support content organization, navigation discovery, and digital content development across complex enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with product, UX/UI, development, and cross-functional business teams to bring strategic storytelling and user-centered content experiences to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital content strategy, CX strategy, communications, or related disciplines, along with strong writing skills, experience with content audits and information architecture, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced collaborative environments. Experience leveraging AI tools and automation within content workflows is highly desired. Key Responsibilities Conduct large-scale content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies Develop scalable content frameworks supporting localization, personalization, structured content reuse, and governance Support information architecture, content modeling, and content governance initiatives across digital ecosystems Partner with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with audience needs and business goals Develop content migration and update plans tied to audit findings and IA recommendations Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency across content workflows and deliverables Create and optimize landing pages, navigation structures, and digital content experiences Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Present recommendations, findings, and strategic insights to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism Participate in planning sessions, workshops, and roadmap discussions Translate complex content insights into actionable recommendations Collaborate with UX, design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive user experiences Support project managers and senior strategists to maintain project timelines and deliverables Team & Process Contribution Contribute to best practices around content strategy, governance, AI-assisted workflows, and process improvement Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Share insights and lessons learned to support continuous improvement across the team Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in content strategy, digital strategy, UX content, communications, journalism, or related fields Strong understanding of content audits, information architecture, and content governance principles Experience creating digital content strategies aligned to customer experience and business goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments Familiarity with AI-powered tools, large language models, or AI-assisted content workflows Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently Experience supporting enterprise or multi-brand digital environments is a plus Preferred Skills SEO and digital content optimization experience Experience with CMS platforms and structured content models Familiarity with analytics, KPIs, and content performance measurement Exposure to accessibility and inclusive content practices Our Commitment We would love to have you join our team!
