Senior Manufacturing Finance Manager

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Finance Manager to support a complex, multi-site operating environment. This is a highly visible role focused on strengthening manufacturing finance processes, improving cost visibility, and partnering with operational leadership across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead financial analysis and reporting across multiple manufacturing locations. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on product costs, inventory, margins, and manufacturing performance. Analyze material, labor, overhead, and production variances and identify key business drivers. Improve and standardize costing and inventory processes across the organization. Support financial integration, systems improvements, and broader transformation initiatives. Develop reporting and insights that improve operational and financial decision-making. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis. Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or a similarly complex organization. Strong business partnership and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
