About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Corporate Communications Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic and proactive team. The CCO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that enhances the company's reputation with a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, government entities, investors, and the media. This role involves leading corporate announcements, executive transitions, and crisis communications, as well as serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all communication matters. The successful candidate will also be tasked with executive and employee communications, media relations, and ensuring message consistency across all corporate and marketing communications. Key responsibilities for the CCO at the company include the development of executive messaging platforms, speechwriting, and coaching executives on media engagement. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate communications, and the ability to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to align corporate messaging with the company's brand and go-to-market priorities. The CCO will be measured on the quality and impact of media coverage, executive visibility, and the effectiveness of employee engagement and communications. The ideal candidate will be a resilient and intelligent professional, capable of managing the company's reputation as a trusted leader in defense technology and ensuring that all communications are in line with the company's mission and values.
