Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a high-tech aircraft seating manufacturing environment. Based in Fort Worth, TX, you will own end-to-end supply chain initiatives that improve cost, quality, and delivery for global airline and OEM customers. You will coordinate planning, procurement, production, and logistics, leveraging ERP/MRP and Lean tools to optimize material flow and reduce lead times. In Recaro’s culture of innovation and teamwork, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering and operations, drive continuous improvement, and support new product introductions while mentoring junior team members and reporting results to leadership.
