Occupational Therapist (OT) | 2025-2026 Extended School Year (ESY) | Up to $65/hour

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the Extended School Year (ESY) in Algonquin, Illinois for the 2025-2026 school year . Position Details

• Start Date: May 27th, 2026 through June 25th, 2026 (ESY)
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45 am -12:15 pm and 2 hours each week supporting a homebound student
• Location: Huntley Community School District 158
• Service Areas: Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration

Your Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers

What We're Looking For

• Illinois Occupational Therapy license
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
