Help

Interact regularly with officials of higher rank in other divisions.

Identifies and produces models to identify personnel imbalances within the force and recommend mitigation strategies.

Develop and recommend new policies and regulations to solve difficult or critical problems that often cut across major parts of the overall military personnel management program.
