Trinity Health Grand Rapids is an active member of the Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan, along with member organizations at Trinity Health Muskegon and University of Michigan Health West, with the goal to create the highest quality, innovative, comprehensive cardiovascular care for the people of West Michigan.

• Position Type:  Full-Time (1.0 FTE)\n

  • Potential for .2 FTE dedicated to Medical Director duties
  \n
\n
• Schedule: 5 patients per day in clinic
\n
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
\n
• Specialty:  Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology
\n
• Provider Team Size: 11 Providers
\n
• Teaching Opportunities: Yes Residents, Medical Students
\n
• Call Requirements: 1:5 call schedule, may be less as we grow and add additional providers
\n

This Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist will establish a new service line, strengthen our Heart Failure program, and retain high-value cardiovascular care within the system.

Requirements

\n

• Advanced Heart Failure fellowship required
\n
• Open to new Fellows
\n
• Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
\n
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• DEA license
\n
• BLS certification (must be maintained)
\n
