Seeking a primary care physician interested in providing a comprehensive level of care to underserved communities to join our team. - 16-18 patients per day, with longer scheduled time to see patients to increase quality of care - Two care teams made up of 1 MD/DO, 2 APCs, and MA, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Clinical Pharmacist, RN, Care Coordinator, Community Health Worker, and Front Office support. - Typical cases/patients are adult IHN patients, typically with multiple diagnosis and complex, with a mix of healthy adult patients. Procedures may include minor biopsies, aspiration of abscesses, medication injections, stitches. - We offer an attractive salary plus incentives, relocation assistance, possible loan repayment, paid malpractice, CME allowance, Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and a competitive benefits package.
