Pay Rate: $17.00- $20.00

Hours: M-F 8a- 5p, occasional OT as needed.

We are seeking a staffing recruiter to join our team. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of industries.

_ ** Must be fluent in English and Spanish **_

** Key Responsibilities: **

• Source and attract candidates through job boards and networking.
• Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers and staff to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth placement of the candidate’s roles
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment

** Required Skills: **

• Previous clerical or administrative experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in full cycle recruiting or staffing agency environment is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment using paper and electronic formats
• Paying attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation, be dependable, and trustworthy
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and credit check
• Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8a-5p; occasional overtime as needed or required
