Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Engineering

Position Overview Under the direction of the Associate Director, Technical Product Management for Migration Services, the Technical Delivery Manager will lead demand intake, delivery planning, and stakeholder coordination for the Migration Services product area. The role serves as the primary interface for application owners and ensures new demand is assessed, coordinated, tracked, and communicated effectively across planning, scheduling, and execution teams. Primary Responsibilities Lead all demand intake activities for Migration Services, ensuring requests are captured, assessed, prioritized, and routed appropriately. Serve as the primary interface for application owners, providing clear communication, coordination, and follow‑through throughout the delivery lifecycle. Coordinate planning and execution activities across product, scheduling, and delivery teams to support timely and efficient migration outcomes. Facilitate stakeholder correspondence and meetings, capturing key decisions and action items. Maintain delivery documentation and task management using Confluence and JIRA. Support dashboard reporting and metrics, collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data. Continuously drive process optimization through AI, automation, and self‑service capabilities. Manage delivery in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and proactively addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies. Represent the product team professionally, acting as the face of Migration Services for new demand. Required Qualifications Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly with application owners, engineers, and delivery teams. Demonstrated experience managing technical projects or delivery coordination for complex initiatives in enterprise IT environments. Proven stakeholder management skills, including communication and coordination across diverse stakeholder groups. Proficiency with collaboration and work‑management tools such as Confluence and JIRA. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of leading meetings and providing clear status updates. Analytical skills to interpret data, support dashboard reporting, and use insights to improve delivery transparency and operational performance. Ability to work independently with high autonomy while maintaining strong accountability and follow‑through. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, managing multiple concurrent workstreams and balancing competing priorities. Adaptability to fast‑moving environments, responding effectively to changing priorities and evolving business needs. Continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance efficiency through better workflows, automation, and self‑service solutions. Required Experience and Skills B.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in IT, technical delivery, product operations, or a related field. Experience managing or coordinating technical projects, delivery workflows, or demand intake processes in complex enterprise environments. Familiarity with migration services, infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, or other technically complex service offerings (preferred). Hands‑on experience using JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Experience supporting metrics, operational reporting, and data quality for management visibility. Ability to apply AI, automation, or workflow simplification techniques to improve process efficiency. Experience working in a global team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with IT professionals, business stakeholders, and leadership. Ability to work with limited supervision, manage ambiguity, and resolve issues proactively.
