About the Role

This is an execution-focused position for someone who enjoys getting things done. You'll help keep accounts moving by preparing reports, building media and creator lists, conducting research, coordinating creator outreach, and managing the details behind successful campaigns.

You should be organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing assignments across multiple accounts. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through without needing repeated reminders.

Responsibilities

Account Support and Coordination

• Support agency executives with day-to-day account activities and campaign execution.
• Maintain task lists, deadlines, trackers, and client materials.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take clear notes and track action items.
• Keep account teams informed of progress, responses and outstanding needs.

Reporting and Coverage Tracking

• Compile client activity reports, media coverage recaps and creator campaign updates.
• Track placements, published creator content, outreach activity and campaign deliverables.
• Gather relevant links, screenshots and available performance metrics.
• Review reports for accuracy, consistency and presentation before submitting them.

Media and Creator List Building

• Build, update, and maintain targeted media and creator lists.
• Research journalists, outlets, editorial opportunities and relevant creators.
• Evaluate creators for audience fit, content quality, aesthetic alignment and campaign requirements.
• Verify contact information and keep outreach databases organized and current.

Research

• Conduct research on client products, competitors, industry trends and timely campaign opportunities.
• Identify relevant media stories, gift guides, product roundups and potential partnerships.
• Turn research into concise, useful recommendations for account teams.

Creator Outreach and Engagement

• Conduct creator outreach and follow-up using approved messaging and campaign guidelines.
• Monitor responses and maintain accurate records of interest, availability, rates and next steps.
• Help coordinate product shipments, briefs, content deadlines and approvals.
• Maintain professional, responsive communication with creators and their representatives.
• Flag questions or issues promptly and help keep partnerships on schedule.

Additional PR Support

• Assist with media outreach, product seeding and campaign logistics as needed.
• Draft and proofread outreach emails, campaign materials and client updates.
• Support new business research and presentation preparation when needed.

Your assignments are accurate and ready on time. Your lists are targeted and well researched. Your outreach is professional, your follow-ups are consistent and your trackers reflect what's happening on each account.

You anticipate next steps, raise issues early and help agency executives move work forward confidently.
