Your New Role Meet with homeowners throughout Auburn, Washington, and surrounding communities to understand their heating and cooling needs. Evaluate customer needs and recommend HVAC system solutions that align with their comfort goals and budgets. Help homeowners understand heating, cooling, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and long term system value. Explain available financing options and product solutions so customers can make informed decisions. Manage sales leads, customer communication, appointments, and follow up activities through CRM tools. Partner with installation and operations teams to help projects transition smoothly from the sales process to installation. Develop lasting customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals. 2+ years of HVAC sales experience or sales experience in a related or similar field required 2+ years of consultative sales experience required Comfortable meeting with customers face-to-face in residential settings Valid driver’s license Experience using CRM platforms and mobile sales technology Desired Skills HVAC, home services, or high-ticket sales experience Ability to build trust and create positive customer experiences Strong presentation and closing skills Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently Motivated to achieve personal and team performance goals ALLRED is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
